LAUNDRY RECOMMENDATIONS
For embroidered products, a gentle 30-40 degree hand/machine wash is recommended. In the case of machine washing, the product should always be turned inside out, thus avoiding the thread getting stuck in the machine.
PREPARATION TIME
The turnaround time is 16 working days from the date of payment.
If you would like to receive the package sooner than the standard 16 working days, we can provide this with an emergency surcharge. The mentioned service can only be utilized for domestic orders.
